* Easy to adjust and manipulate the flavour to your liking.
* Has MCT (medium chain triglycerides) fats as the second ingredient, so is good for Ketogenic diets (high fat, low carb) and has the benefits of:
(Keeps you fuller for longer - fat satiates)
(Improves cognitive function/brain fuel/mental clarity)
(Good to have early in the day to do intermittent fasting)
* Gluten Free
* Contains but a very minimal amount used to bind BHB (ketones) and the second ingredient MCT. Negligible effect on lactose intolerant customers as spoken by Dr Ranga Premaratna of Sydney.

* No MCT, so good for people who don't want the extra fat or have trouble digesting fats at first
